Where to start, my car was towed to Kia west on a Friday night. I called on Saturday to confirm it was dropped off and was told it wold be looked at ASAP. I called again on Monday to see if any diagnosis was done on it to find out it hadn’t been touched and was told they were going to look at it in the afternoon.
