This place is horrible. They lost our license plate so we had to buy a whole new plate at our expense. They stated that they would refund us the cost of the plate. Over a month later still no refund. As apart of the deal when buying the car they stated that they would rent our windows for free. 3 months later, and after contacting them several times, they set a date for us. My dad bought my car from the East location and let’s just say my dad won’t go back there. I was due for my oil change and decided to try the West location since it’s closer to my house. As soon as I walked in everyone was pleasant and everything. They got my car in and out within 2 hours and even washed and vacuumed it out for me after the oil change.
Staff is great! They try all they can but I purchased a 2016 Feb of last year and now I had to services with several technology issues Not happy wish have thought before buying.
Do not take your car here! Worst place ever. Eve since I took my car here for an oil change. All three of my belts were off the engine...

I was towed here for a flat! It took 3 hours -was never told a time. Told them I was in a hurry. They finally told me that the tire was bad 2 hours later and that it was $100. It took another hour. Walked to the service drive to see what the heck. The service writer said my car was done just in line to be washed. I’m in a hurry I said no wash. I have come here three times now and pretty much know what to expect concerning time management. Expect between a 2-3 hour service turn around time and plan accordingly. This is a busy service department which really needs to consider investing in additional service coordinators and vehicle technicians. Having said this I believe that are doing the best they can with the tools provided.
