I felt compassion and good direction. Kevin was amazing, informative and caring about my experience in the service department.
These people are dishonest and lack integrity. For weeks I communicated with Paul French (who says he is the sales manager and all the people on the floor say he is the boss) and a salesman by the name of Gerald Brierre (may be off on spelling). I had emailed them what I could work with, that my daughter had to be on the loan as I do not have a license. I let them know that I had only a few hundred dollars to work with for a down payment. Very friendly Service Department. Margarita is great! Had an appointment for routine maintenance ,my car was taken back right on time and finished exactly when I was told it would be done.
Poor customer service. The worst service department I've ever been to. I've tried reaching out to management on several occasions and continue to just get the run around. AVOID this dealership. Go to City Kia. Even if it's a farther drive, they treat people right there.

My Kia Soul was unfortunately deceased on arrival due to a hit and run. Kia’s service department took in my car and extensively worked on it. It needed a new engine, so ordering the parts took the chunk of the time. It was a lengthy process for it to be repaired, (but upon my own investigation, the service department was swarmed with customers....it looked like a sold out movie theater of customers). I bought my car in for an appointment oil change. The service man noticed a recall and recommended a 18000 mile service. He stated it would take 2-2.5 hours. At the 3 hour mark I asked what was going on and I was told they had to get the part from another dealership. My car was finally done at the 4.5 hour mark. A whole afternoon wasted. I was upset that I was not notified or kept in the loop. I was treated like a number from an organization that supposedly prides itself on customer service.
