Truly a 5 Star business. We had the pleasure of Patricia Miller helping us navigate through what others may think is a headache. She’s very knowledgeable of all the vehicles we looked at which made our choice so easy. She was never pushy and made us feel very comfortable. Unprofessional asked to not run my credit more than 3 times and they did way more than horrible service..
I have my car service twice they were very professional each time they came in twice to tell me how much longer plus they had snack for customers the service manager was the last person to see me took me to my car ask me if I had any questions on any of the car features �
I went into Kia this past Saturday to be told, Congratulations on your new car,switched my insurance over and stood in the hot sun with my daughters to take my stuff out my old car into the new car...Monday I received a call from the finance manager for me to come in and sign some more paper work{Which didn't make sense to me},but I was gonna go... Let's just say I should have gone somewhere else. I purchased a supposedly new car there this past Thursday. First of all, I went there to see about the purchase of a used car. Got talked into a new one...not bad that, because most everything I've been looking at lately already had at least 75,000 miles on it and for a used car, that is A LOT. In any event, I ended up with the new car, no MSRP sticker was provided on the window that I remember and I feel I should have at least gotten a sticker or something which shows a blow... read more

I bought a car from this dealership back in December. The salesman Devon was really great, however, the finance department was absolutely horrible. I dealt with Farid Nabrasse in the finance department for my paper work where he asked me if I wanted to purchase a maintance package for my car. I made him aware that I did not live in Florida and that if I were to purchase this package it would need to work in Indiana where I live. He assured me that it worked at any kia dealership as long as I had the booklet with me on the ti... read more
Left car on Tuesday morning was told the part would be in next day ... we said were in no hurry wood pick it up on Friday get there on Friday afternoon part just came in that day wasted trip. Five customer service desk and one person behind the desk and bunch of Suit & Tie man walking around doing nothing while we stood in line... Also I would not recommend a Kia Optima I've had several issues and it's not even paid off yet. The paint job is the worst. And many things are only under warranty for 3 years not 5
