This place was amazing. After having bad experiences at 4 dealerships I was so happy to go to Kia west. Chris was amazing, and thank you to him I was able to purchase the first car on my own. I couldn't thank you enough.

If I could give less than one star I would. This dealership bases the sale price of the car on your credit! So be careful if you're drawn in on a great advertised price, because it will change when you get there by thousands.
The verdict is in....staff was very friendly, lounge was much smaller and offered less refreshments, price was a bit higher, but overall very pleased with my service. They took far less time than every other dealership estimated and I even got a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Something that was never offered to me at #CityKia. As Baymax would want me to say, I am satisfied with my care.
These jerks sold me a car a few years ago "brand new". Failed to tell me that they replaced the transmission before I bought it. Possible legal battle pending as in most states, it is illegal to not notify any repairs over $1,500.00 which a new transmission is obviously well over. I found out driving on the highway when my car crapped out. Took it to a local dealer and was told the news about the transmission and also that the clutch wasn't BOLTED back correctly. Bunch of snakes. BEWARE.
