No one ever answers the phone. On hold for 30+ minutes to speak with an advisor, and to make an appointment with the service dept. I swear this place is the worst.
I spoke to a sales rep before I got here for a week to expedite things. Was told I could def leave w a car. Despite my credit and lack of down payment. Even ran my credit. I get there and never speak w him in person. After a couple hrs of trying to bully me into a $4000 down payment they tell me to ask a friend for help. I have owned a Kia Sportage for over a year now , I like the car , the buying process was great but the challenging part comes when we need to take it to get service done, sometimes they do not accept walk-ins , they take too long so I was told in my last visit to schedule an appointment to avoid waiting long times. I got a 2014 Forte three years ago. The experience Ive had has been wonderful! Troy Dawkins,my car salesman was great. The service department is the BEST!!!! I LOVE Tony Nguyen and Ashley. Worse place ever. Talked to a sales representative for over a week. He knew our situation and told us to come in. We went in to only be told that they basically lied. They didn't even apologize to us for basically wasting our time. Something that was soppose to be 0 down turned 2500 down and a 577 monthly rate. I'm completely pissed off! Obviously Thier is a problem when almost all ur reviews are complaints.
Had a great experience at this location. I got excellent customer service from Yakir told him what I wanted and he delivered. Thanks love the new car.
They jacked my advertised price $21,000 to over 40,000.00.
