I will never buy from Holly Kia again, or any Kia product. Long story short, we paid Holly Kia for a fuel rail sensor and labor, over $200 combined. The day of the appointment, we get there at 8:15am for the appointment, the part wasn't there. They had to go to Felton Kia and get it. We ended up waiting over 5 hours at the dealership, not leaving until after 1pm that day (they refused to give a loaner as it wasn't under warranty). It doesn't end there. But to be clear, you came to us with a generic OBD-Scan diagnosis that was performed for you at a parts store, and you asked us to replace the Fuel-Tank Pressure Sensor (which we did - It’s located under the back seat). RecommendedThe gentleman who took care of me was worth his weight in good. Friendly,professional ,explained everything and not pushy. If I was a competitor I would woo him to my business! I forgot his name but had a black beard. Sorry! You know who he is! I would come back again!
