I will never buy another kia automobile ever again. It's not because of the Kia brand it because of the horrible customer service at Orlando Kia west. I have tried to get I'm contact with the service department repeatedly while getting transferred 5 to 6 time ...for the end result being the call dropping. Stay away from the Internet department when trying to complete a deal before going into dealership. They are no good to work with and are far on promise and short on delivery. They take forever to respond and are not friendly. I had told them what I was looking for and was not helpful at all in putting together a deal to review before going into dealer which I did not. In the end this dealer is not a place I want to do business with.
I got my car in 2013, I use to come to you guys to get all my services done, mainly the recommended mileage services HOWEVER after my battery died last year in MAY I had a very bad experience and I chose to not write a review and just take my business else where! The only reason I came today was because my battery died AGAIN! Only 1 year and not a full 5 months later! I purchased my beautiful 2016 Kia Optima in July. After a long night of negotiations, I left, happy with my purchase, even though it isn't what I need (I told them that...). However, it's been a full 90 days since my purchase, and I STILL haven't heard from my rep or the company. You know who HAS called to say congrats? SIRIUS XM RADIO. Smh... such a disappointment. $35,000 on a car, and I can't even get a frigging phone call. Worst. Service. Ever.
Tony is awful and very arrogant. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my car, I will never take my car here again! I would much rather take my business else where like Dodge Chrysler Jeep right around the corner who cleaned up their mess. Can't trust the mechanic, I have pics, videos with time stamps even documentation I've taken my car back 4 times in one month(same month I purchased cash) same exact issue they assured they "fixed".
Probably the worse dealership I've ever been to... Especially when the salesman keep texting my wife's phone after we decided not to do business with them.
My 2015 Kia Soul, with only 25000 miles on it, catches fire in the backseat. The warranty apparently doesn't cover it. Now, the people at Kia claim that there is nothing wrong with the electric, but when I pick the car up, wires and panels are mysteriously missing. Worst car-buying experience so far! I went online to shop their selection and found a few I wanted to look at and talk about. Asli told me "come on down and pick your car. You're approved." I should've known then that she was full of shit since she didn't even ask if I had a down payment. So I decided why not let's see what they got. I went down for a NEW car... ended up settling for a 2015 Kia Rio on Friday. Come back down on the following Tuesday to finalize my paperwork and they try to bait and switch me.
