Great experience! Ty Johnson was professional and courteous and I would definitely shop there again for a new vehicle.

A friend recommended that I go to Nelson Mazda in Cool Springs to buy a car. I was nervous and honestly do not like the process of buying a car. I met with Ty and he was super helpful- got me a car that fit my needs and expectations! He was so helpful and got me in and out in no time with no hassles. I purchased my CX5 from Nelson Mazda Cool Springs and had my vehicle's fourth maintenance/service (every 5000 miles) this week. Each experience has been exceptional from the day of purchase to my recent visit. It was hard for me to give up my 2000 Mazda 626 but am so glad I upgraded last year. The friendly staff always greets me with a warm smile, answers all my questions and delivers my car in a very timely manner.
