I bought my first Mazda last year at Nelson Mazda - a CX5. It was a great experience - no hassles, great service, friendly staff. I liked the car and the dealership much more than I expected, so I decided to upgrade to a CX9. The experience was great.
We knew the vehicle we wanted and called on Friday. The sales person readily prepared the paperwork and contextualized it at pickup on Monday! It was efficient and pleasant. Thank you!!

I want to say, first and foremost, that I did not purchase a car here. I did, however, receive excellent service as I shopped. In the end, they did not have a vehicle that met my wants/needs, but they were knowledgeable and courteous for my entire visit. Patrick and Justing were both easy to work with, and I will absolutely visit again should I need to purchase another vehicle.
