Justin, Cody, Manuel and the entire Nelson Mazda team in the Cool Springs location made my car buying experience truly enjoyable. They were friendly, informative and respectful every step of the way. They patiently answered all of my questions and I never felt like they were pressuring me one way or the other. As a result, it was a pleasure to buy my first Mazda6 from them! It was my first time buying a car, and as a female, I expected a "salesmen like" experience. It was nothing like that. They were very relaxed and informative. There wasn't a question I asked, that Cody S. didn't know the answer too. They worked well with my price point and were very transparent with all my documentation. I was really impressed.
It was a little rough at the beginning with getting all the paperwork for tags in order but James stayed on it and helped us so much! We got the tags and LOVE the car!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!
Initially I would have recommended Nelson Mazda. Best sales experience I’ve had. 3 and 1/2 weeks later no tag or title (paid cash) and no call. My wife called the dealership and the salesman and was promised a call back with an update on the tag and title. No call back and the temp tag is about to expire. What started as the best experience has been tainted by the administrative back end. Come on Nelson Mazda get your act together please.

I took my car in to be serviced on Saturday. Personnel were polite and kept me informed while my car was being serviced. They even send a link to your phone so you can observe them checking the tread on the tires and the brakes.
