When I finally narrowed my new car search to either a Mazda or a Toyota, I came to Nelson Mazda to test drive their product. They happened to have a slightly used Toyota Rav4 and, trying to be frugal and please my husband, I bought the car. The next day I returned it and bought a Mazda CX-9. I just made it home from a very long trip to get my car (an Acura TLX) from Nelson Mazda. After searching on Car Gurus, I found the car I wanted at several dealerships, BUT Nelson had it for a Price worth making the trip. This car was purchased on many emails and a couple of phone calls. As soon as I said I wanted the car it was removed from the lot and off all websites (because I checked). Ron met me at the airport, took me to the dealership and I was done in less than 15 minutes and on the road home in my awesome car.
This dealership was so awesome to work with and really took care of me on my first purchase that I came back within 2 weeks and bought another. Then, my daughter bought one 2 weeks after that. Their used cars are mint! And very competitively priced. Ask for Colin and tell him Mike sent you....
Our unscheduled repair was handled the same day. :)

Wonderful buying experience! Doug Craig was knowledgeable and friendly with a great attitude. We are very thankful he was available to walk us through the buying of our 2012 Mazda 3. Non-pressure sale in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone on staff treated us with dignity and equality. Great price and financing was just the icing on the cake. I strongly encourage people to visit Nelson Mazda for their next vehicle. I am grateful I did and very appreciative of their overall demeanor and business practices!
Great service writers and mechanics. I am very pleased with our new cx-5 grand touring with sky active technology, as well as with the staff during out first scheduled maintenance.
