My husband and I just bought our first car from Nelson Mazda and the process was not nearly as stressful as we had expected thanks to everyone at Nelson, especially Patrick and Jana. Jana was sure to make sure we had all the criteria that we wanted in the car and explain things very well, and Patrick gave us the best options to make it work for our budget. We are excited about this purchase, and would definitely recommend Nelson Maxda!

I recently leased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and I have loved every second while driving it. The staff at Nelson was incredibly easy to work with and the process went quickly. I've always driven a Mazda and I don't plan on switching anytime soon!
I've never been a fan of buying used vehicles. The negotiating process and the numbers game can be exhausting. I found Nelson Mazda to be very organized, professional, easy to understand, and a no nonsense type of dealership. The sales reps were knowledgeable and helpful. I walked into Nelson Mazda Cool Springs feeling convinced they could not beat CarMax for the CX-9 I was looking for. The salesman Nick was so awesome. No high-pressure sales. Very knowledgeable about the car. Everyone there was great to me. I love my CX-9 and since it is 3 years old it needs a few little things and Nelson Mazda was happy to oblige and work with me on everything. Thanks to Nick , Manuel and Cody for a wonderful experience and a great car.
This was our second Mazda purchase from Nelson Mazda Cool Springs. Colin Wall was our salesperson each time and he not only knows the Mazda brand inside and out, he is truly a pleasure to work with.
