Horrible service in the service and parts dept. It took 6 different phone calls to finally reach a person who wasn’t very knowledgeable in what I was calling to ask. And it was a fairly easy question. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous and unsure of the process. Nelson Mazda went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Sold me a 2015 Tahoe and the CD player didn’t work. It was not mentioned during the buying process. Nice people, but should have been way more thorough, even after it was founded nothing was done.
