Was working with them on a 2020 *****. We disagreed on terms as they were at $889/month and I wanted to be under $800. They texted me the next day saying they approved you for 6.74% which brings your monthly to $740. I agreed and made plans to drive 3+ hours and do the deal. Wouldn't send a mortal enemy to buy a car from these guys. Sales was a disaster, they tried to make it right, but service destroyed it in the end. Purchased Carbon CX30 2022, damaged insturment lens, headlight looks like it is popping out of passenger side. Had it for weeks, did more damage. RecommendedBest place to buy a car. The salesman Clayton was so easy and nice to work with that it made buying a car enjoyable. No game playing. Chad Custer the owner is right there making sure things run smoothly and his customer is very happy. This is my first Mazda . The car rides beautifully . A plus for this car dealership
The General Manager, James D****, is capable of lying straight to your face. When we arrived at the dealership, James clearly stated he would honor the **** *****employee discount. He said they could not list it as an S Plan, but would deduct money to meet the ****employee discount price. He said, this is because doing too many S Plans would get them audited.
