I wish I could give this dealership and Cassie and Patrick 10 stars but it only allows 5. The whole dealership bent over backwards to help me get a car and wouldn't stop working credit magic until I was in a car that I qualified for!!! thank you guys so much!!

Stood inside the sales office with the intent on test driving a vehicle. Not one person greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. I left after standing there for 20 minutes.
I got my oil changed today and from the minute I walked into the service office to when I checked out, I felt so welcomed and appreciated by all the staff members. Pete greeted me by name when I walked in and Devin is always so kind and courteous! I highly recommend Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs! Thanks to all for the OUTSTANDING service.
