Ridiculous fees and terrible customer service.

I'm watching you asswipes eat away at my positive balance after my meter has been shut off 7 days. You're also charging during times in which my meter was switched off from you and transferred to my new plan with a fixed rate. I've called you twice, no response, I've emailed you and you send a general response. You've breached the EULA and I'm going to continue filing my complaints. Edit : Still draining for no reason.
Worst customer service ever. No response for days after emailing and leaving messages. Account has been closed for 4 days but yet they keep taking money from me, money that was supposed to be refunded. We spent $75 in one day for electricity. That is insane. We live in a 850 sq ft apt. This is the biggest scam going at the moment. Apparently there are other fees that no one told me about when signing up. I will never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I will do the opposite and tell them To RUN, RUN FAR AWAY!!
I signed up two months ago and this week have had the shock of my life. I think my bill speaks for itself.
Have some sort of price protections in place. Griddy has charged hundreds of dollars a day to my bank account for hours of service.
