for anyone thinking about using griddy. i just received a $300 bill for less than 900kw used
Just bin 1 month with this Terrible Company And already they have taken out Triple the amount I was supposed to pay! We have done more than 50 calls with no answer and leaving voicemails that are never returned!! We are trying to cancel the service but they never answer! Worst company ever!!

Give some money back to the people they screwed in the month of August 2019!!
Worst company ever.. would love an explanation on how one day can be $165 yes... ONE DAY the next day temps are higher and $3.00 total for the day. So don’t give me the line of bull that power surges caused it. In one week I have been charged over $500!!!

Absolutely horrible. Being charged nearly $120 PER DAY!!! Griddy has no rate control during high energy days, it's absolutely absurd. Cancelled on Sunday and they are still charging my account and using my funds 3 days later. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Horrible customer service; horrible experience with them this month. My account was deactivated Friday but they recharged my account again today??? $600+ charged for Aug 1-16. .41 cents per kilowatt for Aug, are you kidding me???
