Their services are terrible. Customer service never answer the phone & if you leave a message they do not return your call. They should be called greedy not Griddy. They deduct money from your account even after you change over to another electric company. Worst customer service ever!
Implement some way to deal with spikes - sell insurance, something.
I can’t get a customer service representative on the phone or a reply to my emails about my outrageous bill.

Unfortunately, we do not recommend Go Griddy. We are very disappointed in their customer service. We have been trying to contact the company for several days, multiple times a day, and have left several voicemails to no avail. This company prides itself on “direct customer service” but provides no direct customer service since they do not answer any phone calls and do not return any calls or messages left on their voicemail service. The worst experience in my life! Don’t EVER use this electric company switched and in just in 1 month they have charged me $600 and my bill has never gone over $300. I have canceled and they are still charging me and will not stop!
This is NOT what we were informed of. The price hikes that jump upwards to $9/kWh. I can only assume they were getting rid of the negative comments because when I looked them up the first time I didn’t see anything bad. Now, I’m seeing them for what they really are. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
