Horrible experience. They have charged my account $300 in two days! They are not answering phone calls and refuse to return messages during business hours! Absolute Scam. They advertised an 8.3c KWh average. No way that’s happening!
This is the biggest SCAM I have ever experienced. They have failed to return my phone calls and emails. In just one week of electric they have took $400 from my account. Even after switching electric companies they continued to charge my bank. I highly DO NOT recommend this company, please don’t be fooled by their ads.
I am on long-term disability now due to cancer. I switched to griddy in early July, trying to cut down some monthly bills. Not only do I have outrageous medical bills I have to pay, my checking account has been mostly drained by this company. I know that everyone has been hit by the high electric rates, but has anyone noticed that the TDU charges of $29.95 have appeared on every weekly or bi-weekly bill. Thanks in advance Griddy. Hopefully, I can find some cat food that tastes good to me.
I looked at my usage report and it is all on at 30 cents a kWh. That is crazy.
Lived in our house for over 22 years never had an electric bill for $450.00 this out Registry High. Not Happy at all. We are only half way through August too.
They have charged us almost 370 and get this, our services with them were canceled on the 17th and they still haven't deactivated our account and continue to charge us!
