I've cancelled my service and I'm still being charged. I had to cancel my debit card, so how will I receive my refund? Nobody answers or returns calls.
I have now been charged $859 for 17 days of usage. My electric bill has never in 25 years been over $400. Griddy should have offered bigger discounts during these last 2 weeks of extreme heat rather than just giving their $9.99 service fee credit. The consequence will be them losing thousands of customers. Me included. Switched to Reliant this morning. Never will I go to Griddy again
Scam, expected price fluctuations , but not 800%. Dishonest on graphs they show you how much they can be. Graphs show spikes less than $1, actually prices spike over $8. Graph from Griddy. Paid an average of over $1 per kWh for 2 days. Don’t gamble, switch out NOW!
As you can see 16 days of service the worst decision ever!!
