Total SCAM! They charged over $9/kwH big difference from the 2-9 CENTS they say. Complete crap of a company

A complete scam. I was charged $221 for a single day of electricity use. This is for a 1 bedroom apartment. I will change providers immediately and never look back to this waste of time company.
Yes, this company is bull..... I haven't had a bill over $220.00 in August with Champion Energy in 10 years... I switched in July... my bill for August thus for is $380.00 and it is only the 17th of August. Needless to say, I have already signed back up with my previous carrier..... Griddy is a scam.

I was charged $150 between this morning and yesterday and I was using the app all day to make sure we didn't use any electricity during the high peak hours. That's only one day. I've been charged $100 each day for the past three days before that. There's no way to get a hold of someone. I've left 3 messages and several emails. I've been charged over $500 this month and the month is only half over. Please run from this company!!!!!!!!

When the power exchange is high it kills all the savings per year you get. For just two day they charged our account $200 our bill for 14 days was $368
