What else i can say??? No response for emails. No response for calls.
Offer a cap on the upper levels of pricing by raising their monthly fees to $15.
This company will be bankrupt soon, just like their morals. $300 in 3 days is ridiculous.
The prices are at 2-3 DOLLARS/kWh from about 12pm to 6pm. Customer support is horrible. I canceled after a month of using it. Would not recommend.
Record high temps' or not ... this is ridiculous! In two weeks I've already been charged $352!!!!! No one is homne during the day either. What a joke!

They promise the world savings but when it’s the highest use of the grid they charge you 35 times a contract price
DO NO USE. I was charged $600 in two weeks. another reviewer paid $250 in a single day.
