WORST ENERGY COMPANY EVER!!!! I tried Griddy in two weeks. But it's freaking expensive!! In my 14days experience in Griddy i spent $205 for two weeks and they automatically recharged money from your card. And now even I disconnected with them because i change other energy company. They still charge me twice of $49, so they got $98 to my card. Then i called and they said i will refund it after 10 days! I REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH GRIDDY!!!!
screwing people over right and left and cant get a live person on the phone. my dad just paid $72.00 for ONE day of electricity!!!!! insane. he's on a fixed income and can't reach anyone to get answers or even try to understand how and why its so expensive avoid this company at all costs!!!

Griddy has charged me over $300 in the last 3 days!! We are out of town and our usage is obviously way below average. What is going on??? You are ruining our vacations. I have called 4 times today left 3 messages and sent an email and received no response. You claim you are the cheapest company in the market. This is a rip off!!
You've seen the reviews and the TV coverage, just raid by bank anytime and take $49.00 today, then tomorrow, and again after that! Decide that rates should be 5.6 cents at 9 AM, then 56.00 at 3 PM! Never a call back, no communication, and I'm not the only one! One whole week of this nonsense and I'm out! Raid someone else's bank account!
Bs company 22 cents a kilo and I’ve been calling and no one answers. 2wks barely and already 170 dollars smh only about 800 kw.
