They suck. Too many price spikes.
not will i not recommend griddy.. but i will warn people about griddy.. was quoted one low kwh price but was not even close.. 2 days with them was over $100... 2 days with griddy (2, thats right i said 2 days) was more than half the price for a month of service thru my provider.. and they taking payments outa my banking account that are unauthorized...and why can i not find any thing on canceling griddy.. and calling i could not talk to any rep's... this is most shady experience ive ever had with a company.. There’s a reason the other companies don’t buy on the spot market, and we’re seeing that reason this week. The same reason spot markets failed for corporate accounts years ago. I learned my lesson, but others may continue to drink the kool-aid.
terrible customer service!
Worst experience ever!! I was given an estimate that my bill would be around 280ish for the amount of killo used. It’s only been two weeks and my bill is 718.00. That’s double in two months from another company. I have called and no response. I am switching and praying it transfers over this weekend. I do not recommend this service.
Have been with Griddy for just over one year and saved over $1,000. Went from .18¢ to .08¢ per kWh. This recent spike is a fluke of unusual circumstances. Like the stock market. But we won’t cancel our membership over unforeseen circumstances during a heatwave. The amount saved after deducting the amount lost is $820. I’ll take it!
No customer service what so ever! no one to explain why our bill has been $150 in one day just a simple copy and paste that spikes come and go that is BS if you care about your customers you will speak to them so we will know what's really going on
Stop double charging me...this is the 15th and I've been charged 4 times already, call me now !
