Total scam, ripoff. Needs to be call a high price fraud. Stay away from it. I am filling a class lawsuit, please join me. In 14 days they charged $245 to my card and sending notifications to turn off ur AC in 108 degrees and other electronics.

In 10 days we’ve spent $250! I called yesterday no answer left a voicemail no call back. I called again today and supposedly everyone is experiencing a “SPIKE”. This is ridiculous!
Griddy is now a Rip-off. $325.00 in the last two days. That’s two whole months worth of power for me. Even in the summer time.

I have been calling to cancel my membership and you changed nearly $111 in 16 days and I have used only 400 kw.
Ridiculous price spikes wipe any savings that one may experience over the year. Fixed rate plans are offering 7-12 cents per kwh, while the wholesale price Griddy is passing on to us is over ranges from 1 cent to $9 per kwh over the course of a day. Simply too volatile for most people and not worth the headache of having to power down during peak hours. Im one of the lucky ones, i was able to power down and stay below 20 cents per KWH for my all in rate in August. I feel really bad for the folks who were unable to power down... read more
