July bill $49. August : I am 16 days into the month and my bill is $200. This is outrageous for my mid month on my home. My house is 4 years old and my max bill ever has been $120. That’s with ac on 74 degrees during day and 70 at night. Beware!!!! Estimated to go to $7/kw at 3/4pm

Do NOT use this provider!!! With the recent spikes I was charged $1,000.00 over the past 3 days!!! Yes ONE THOUSAND dollars in 3 days!!!! That is about 1/2 a years worth of electricity bills for me in 3 days!! I am just sick to my stomach right now... with a baby at home, I really needed that money for other things. I am switching as soon as possible to a fixed rate company. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY! I have never paid so much for electricity in my life. They justify price gouging you by sending you alerts that there is high heat and high demand, then start charging $7/kwh. Well in Texas it is always hot, so this happens everyday. If you do not watch what is going on, you end up spending a couple of hundred dollars a week on electricity.
