I've been calling all day and have yet to get ahold of anyone or receive any type of response.
Cap prices when they spike
$9 KW...seriously!!!! That would be about $300 for today's electricity.
Yeah. No. Was great before summer started then they screw you big time. $150 for ONE DAY. We switched to a fix plan. If you’re okay with sweating your nuts off in the summer then maybe griddy is an option. But if you like to use any source of electricity during Texas brutal summer months, go somewhere else.
They have been great until I needed customer service. They ignore you when your ready to cancel
Griddy charged me over $150 for just one day! They shut down their phone lines so no one to talk to about this ridiculous bill. Shameful! Any savings from the beginning of the year has been demolished. I do NOT recommend Griddy!
they charged me $30 for 1 hour of electricity, who TF can afford that? I wake to a balance negative -$21. I have been calling their phone number for 2 days now and it automatically makes me leave a message? this is such a scam I do not recommend this company to anyone.
So far I've paid $457.42 for 1,629 kWh used in the first 15 days of August. THAT TRANSLATES TO $0.28 CENTER PER KWH! SCAM!
