RecommendedAs long as you know what your signing up for this company is great. Don’t believe the new comments most of them are from people that didn’t realize how the process works. I wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone without a smart home though as you could spend if your not careful.
My average price since I signed up is 24.9 cents per KwH. What the heck is going on? That is almost triple what I was paying before them.
Charged $700 for ONE DAY. SEVEN HUNDRED. enough said. Called the bank and they have flagged gogriddy as fraud.
If you had insurance for price spikes, or if you openly communicate that when the high temperature outside is over 95 there could be extreme splikes and you baiscally need to turn everything off. I think it might be great for those who leave their home all day, for those of us who are in our homes, we are sweating to death. Or if you were to create a partnership with a "home battery company" where you could install a battery, preload it with electricity, and then use that when the prices spiked. Good bye griddy I won’t miss your ridiculous prices. $200 dollars for 2 days of electricity get out of here. I do not recommend at all.
Terrible experience. $50 for energy yesterday. Will have over a $300 bill this month. UNACCEPTABLE
Get a hedge fund of prepurchased electricity to protect the customer from the wild swings in price from ERCOT. Until then, run away as fast as you can.

The spikes over the last couple of days aren’t worth the little bit that I’ve saved... spent over $200 in ONE DAY!!!! Switching to a provider with locked in rates, this $.32 avg doesn’t work for me... almost $500!for August alone so far
