I have been charged more than $90 for 1 day.less than 2 weeks $243 for a 2 bedroom apartment. that is insane I just switched thinking I will save no grindy just lost a customer
I just switched to another provider, I was literally charged $150 in one day, would not recommend this company to anyone, I’m glad I switched to another company, I got locked in at 7.3 kWh, for 12 months.. I hate Griddy!!!!! 😡😡😡😡
Worst company ever! Straight up rip off! I got charged $150.96 in one day of electricity! Same amount of electricity on Sunday cost $2. This company is an absolute scam! Definitely filing a complaint with the Texas attorney general on this.

My rates have been horrible! I have no idea why anyone thinks they will save money with this service. Quitting tomorrow after 2 weeks!
These people are insane. They claim to save you money. They will drain your bank! $100 for one day is outrageous
Do NOT be suckered by their lies. On 8/12/19 we spent $48.25 in electricity and on 8/13/19 these thieves charged us $115.59. This month (2 weeks in) is already over $305.
In just two days I have been billed for over 120 bucks. My bill in just half a month has been over 220. They try to lure you in with a fancy app and wholesale pricing. They claim these high spikes in price only happen so often yet it’s been pretty constant. Try another place before them.
