This company is killing us and no one responds from customer service and you can't get through to talk to anyone. They charged me over $100 just for yesterday now my power is going to be shut off because I'm already over 400 for the month. Do not use this service I beg you. People are going to have heat strokes because this company is charging so much.

They are great in the cooler months, but July and August are now RIDICULOUS. My "savings" are cancelled out with these 2 months alone. I've never paid over $200 for a summer month but just 15 days in and I'm at $262. I've already switched. Great concept, but unless they cap their rate, it's not worth it at all.

I was charged almost $300 for less than 2 weeks. This is straight up theft, honestly. 42.2 cents average on kW is bs. Don’t use Griddy.

They need to have a plan to protect their customers from runaway pricing. Additionally they need to answer calls, emails and complaints.
I have Been charged 49 dollar x4 from when I signed up July 31 - August 15. This is ridiculous. I will be canceling today
