Definitely going elsewhere, would not recommend
Don’t do it listen to the other reviews! Once I realized it wasn’t worth it for me I switched to different provider they still had me “active” and tried to charge me 9 times in 2 days for $49. Because my balance was “negative” but I had already switched before this... don’t I spent over $100 in less than a week with them and had everything powered off etc etc. definitely just wasn’t for me!
i just paid over $408 for two weeks worth of electricity.
I love the concept of Griddy but it isn’t really worth it when you are literally sweating it out during the price spikes. Griddy hit $4.00 kWh yesterday and $9.05 per kWh the day before so it will take a while to get my average price down. If you can handle turning everything off during 100 degree weather for 4-6 hours then this is for you. Currently, the wholesale rate is $1.15 per kWh at 5:30pm. Who wants to come home to a hot home after work? I will be back in the Fall.

Sent emails, called 10 times all day, sent a fb message. Can't get ahold of anyone. Trash customer service.
this provider is a scam. since June 25th, they have gotten over $600 off of me. with TXU I had an average of $$180 a month. GRIDDY has consumed my money and I will not be providing with them any longer. today they charged 103¢p/kwh. that is ridiculous. y'all are taking advantage of the prepaid option. disgusting.
They're a scam business.
