The price spiked so much that the fees in two weeks exceeded the savings over a year. I left this train wreck.
They don't return calls with weeks. it's been two now. list of other things I can list too. I will see if I get a call back. I've left three messages and e mailed as well. not returning calls? hosing customers? Enron maybe?
Sadly once the prices skyrocketed and they drafted funds from my account several times, the transparency of my daily bill was gone. It was restored once I switched to TXU
HORRIBLE! August not even over yet, and I have been charged nearly $600! Switched to TXU a few days ago, but am afraid they are going to keep charging my card like some other reviewers.
I do not recommend Griddy unless you want to be scammed! My bill was over 300 dollars for two weeks of electricity and I find that ridiculous. It never got that high with other companies and I am leaving Griddy immediately. I find their alerts demeaning ( hey it’s $100 per kWh but hang in there with this funny video!) It is a trick so you don’t realize your going to pay hundreds of extra dollars.
Worst company ever! We switched to Gexa on Friday, my Griddy balance was $28 this morning and as of 15 min ago they just hit my account for another $49 bringing my Griddy balance to $72. I just got off the phone with my bank to dispute the charges. I can’t tell what they charged me $6 on.
0 ⭐️ You can not get anyone on the phone during business hours and are required to leave a voicemail. Attached my bill for one week and switched as quickly as I could. Charged my card 300 and statement was 226 but can not get my money refunded.
This will not save you money in the long run. Even if you try to save energy during peak hours.
This must be a Scam company- thought we’d save money- instead- 1/2 way through the month and we’ve paid twice a normal months bill !!! Switching tomorrow morning!!!
