Develop empathy and CS skills. This was the most uncaring company I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. I called their CS over 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for a call back. This company is a joke.
Complete and total scam! We switched providers and Griddy was STILL charging us!!! Newsflash, you can't charge someone who cancelled and switched providers!! Will be taking legal action if not fully refunded for the false charges!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! For 19 days in August I was charged $718. I have been with them over a year and watch the dial and unplugged everything! Even turned off the ac during peak hours. I live in Houston!!! I quit griddy because I couldn’t afford 1400 for one month of electricity which is where my bill was headed. No customer service due to high caller volume. Gee I wonder why??

in less than a month I am up to more the 500 bucks and climbing. Tomorrow I will go with a different provider. I have never in all my life time have I ever paid this much of power usage.
Not sure you can. Who can pay these rates with the hot TX summers driving prices into the $0.40, $0.50, and $0.60 per kWhr ranges? After 5-days, we were on a run-rate to achieve $950 for 1 month use. No thanks. Switched back to Relient Energy.
My electric bill was over $200 for just 15 days. Griddy is a scam and i'm out a lot of money. Run away as fast as you can. Griddy knew they were in trouble and when rates skyrocketed, so they sent out an email and recommended everyone turn everything off in their house and leave during the day to not use any electricity.... lol
