Hiring a lawyer today. They have taken 800.00 out of my account and continue to yet I closed the account. Total of 17 days was 551.00 plus fees....they have taken about 150.00 too much out. Well… This is pretty ridiculous… Going on $800 for my August electric bill. The highest I ever had before switching was 500
Absolutely the WORST!
just close your business. You are cheating people out of their money and giving them false information.
So this is a complete scam. Do not use this service. I have reported them and just switched back to normal service. They have charged me $500 in the last week. I called and they told me there have been huge spikes, like we have never seen, in energy costs and that in just one day in August my energy costs were $135! I didn’t know you could have scams related to electricity , but apparently you can.
Terrible!! Total Scam. Stay away.
