We were charged $650 in 7 days They are not an honest respectable company Do not use them!
RecommendedEven with the high price spikes this August we didn't pay much more than what we had with our previous electric company. Even better is the fact that Griddy gives us the tools to be better stewards of our electricity usage. We are incentivized to be strategic with our use of electricity, which reduces the overall usage on the grid during peak times and therefore lowers demand and thus the cost. Thanks so much.
Steer clear from this shady company. You’ll regret it otherwise.
They advertise to be 30-40% below retail energy providers. In peak season they are charging 2-3 times more than the average retailer's.
Terrible service and the dynamics of uncertainty can really put the hurt on their customers. This kind of marketing really only benefits a small minority of the population and ones who are willing to make some great sacrifice. Just go with a traditional retailer and pay 9 or 10 cents a KwH and don't sweat having to jump through hoops to be with Griddy.
Need to improve customer service on weekends.
Well , the first month after paying the 49 bucks to start and the membership fee of 9.99 , I paid over 200 bucks for a 1 bedroom.. spike her spike there and spike here again ... I switched to ciera energy and the estimated bill will be 38 bucks .. that's rite 38 bucks ... Now I cant talk to anyone at griddy to get my refund money on my account that was left after I disconnected my service. please refund my money it shouldn't take over 7 days to get a refund on my money .. I’m still waiting on my refund that they stated was refunded!!! Can NEVER get any return calls from this company!!! It has been over 10 business days!!! Nothing but run around and automatic emails sent back😡... This place is a JOKE!!! REFUND MY MONEY!!!! 9/5.... Here we go again No refund issued and y’all took another 49.00 lastnight!!!! FIX IT!!!!
