Terrible service. They are absolutely horrible.
I was charged more for the TDU charges than the 4.7 cents it was supposed to be charged. I could handle the swing in the market but not when the company overcharges for TDU. They were charging 6 cent a Kwh or more.Scam stay away.

How can Griddy Improve, first off they can go out of business and stop taking money from hard working Americans hoping to save some money, wholesale my butt. My August bill at my home was $862.68 and we were out of town for two weeks. Leave Griddy now before it's too late...
complete joke of a company !!! I turned off my service on the 14th. they charged me AGAIN on the 16th. then told me it would be 10 business days for me to get my money back. well today is day 10 and now they tell me they sent it but my bank may hold it another 1 to 3 business days. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS !!
Complete lack of transparency in terms of what drives the “wholesale” rate. From 8/12-15 rates increased exponentially to the extent that my charges in just those 3 days were in excess of $100. Comparatively the year before, my bill for the entire month was just less than $200. There is no transparent explanation provided. There is absolutely no indication that these sort of absurd increases are identified as anything but by the representatives that I have spoke with. Avoid like the plague.
