RecommendedI recently switched from an energy provider in Houston to Griddy and couldn't be happier. Sure, the price spikes aren't the best, but the customer service has been great as well as the user app - I heard they won an industry award being recognized for the technology/app. It shows you your savings as well as real-time usage and spending. Prices have been in line with what I was paying per month with my previous provider and I expect that to go down as we get into the cooler months. Sign up for Griddy - you won't regret it!
Best decision I’ve ever made regarding electricity providers!
It took me almost over two years to do it but I think I finally found the best electric company in Texas. After continually getting gouged by 4Change Energy and getting the runaround by their customer service department I decided it was time to look for a better electric company. Absolutely love Griddy! It makes keeping track of your electricity bill super easy and it's very transparent on the prices! The website is very easy to navigate and the customer service is fantastic.
We LOVE Griddy! Even though there are spikes, the low times completely outweigh the spikes. This summer was tough, but was have saved more in the last 10 months than we spent extra in the summer. Plus, my bill was about $300 this summer, I know people who paid over $800 for the same time frame. Get griddy, you won't regret it!
Griddy works if you educate yourself and use the tools and information available. Highly recommend for energy conscious consumers.
We have been griddy customers for over a year and we have been extremely pleased. Except for the one month (Aug) of crazy price hikes, we have saved a ton of money on electricity. And it sounds like something like that won't happen again. I have referred several friends to griddy and they have been pleased as well.
