RecommendedIf you actually change your habits, it's fantastic. Don't get this service thinking you can change nothing and save money. When the price spikes happen (rarely) you HAVE to change your personal usage to compensate or you'll get hosed.
Yes, August was terrible ($0.166 kWh for a total bill of $521 including $150 in 2 days!), but when I average March (when I started) until now, my total price has been 10 cents / kWh). You have to be willing to be hands-on however. If I hadn't taken agressive measures to shift my energy usage during the price spikes, my bill could have easily doubled. This is not for everyone.

NO... they took 750 dollars in almost 3 weeks. of service.... and the last theybtook 200 dollars which prompted us to cancel in 3 days after they took out our money... so there must be something lwft from the 200 yet 3 weeks later, no refund from this thieves....
Had this for three months my daughter had it with her apartment since May. 2 weeks ago I loaded 80$ ( keep in mind I have a 500sq foot one bedroom apartment) that night my daughter called and said all her money was gone on the app. I checked mine and it was gone!! Seventy dollars!! I emailed 15 to 20 times called and left voicemails over and over NO RESPONSE STILL. If you pay just a little bit of attention you can save a lot of money. Watch for the price spikes - which are easy to see coming - and alter your energy usage accordingly. Wholesale electricity isn’t for everyone and they even tell you that. You can cancel at anytime with no penalty. Negative reviews are really unfair - I knew exactly what I was signing up for and I love it.
They price gauge... they take money drom your account when they feel like it & take forever to refund your money when you find another provider.
they lured you in with low rates but neglect to tell you the potential EXORBITANT cost during peak hours. All in all; it is a big scam, so please stay away
customer service sucks. no one answers their phones. money taken out my account multiple times for no reason. and no one wants to refund my account.
