They are a rip off. What a load of BS and lies..
They say they will give you lowest price in the market! But they don’t. We were charged almost 1-2$ per kwh and not getting refund as well. Worst service. Should not trust simply such services!!!. Worst experience with them. Customer service is not good.
0 out of 5 stars. Worst electric company ever. My bill is more than double it has ever been in the 2.5 years I was with reliant. Both my husband and I have emailed and called to leave messages over the last 2 weeks and have yet to get any response. This company is discussing. Also, paying about 32 cents/kWh instead of the 11 all in advertised. This company pure theft.
This company is awful, stay far far away. We switched before we had a $600+ bill! We were charged $300 for 858 kWh and they kept on draining our account. They refunded us what they took from us, but then charged us again the day before they refunded us (we switched about a week ago so they had no reason to charge us.) Complete incompetence!
es totalmente un robo en mi caso lo cancele alos 4 días y gaste un total de 45 dlls mas o menos en esos 4 días, el reembolso tardó 7 a 10 dias porque ya me abian quitado de mi tarjeta otros 49 dlls. después de 20 dias me retiran 2 veses 49 dlls un total de 98dlls que segun regrese con esa compañia si yo nunca autorise nada que queria otraves con ellos. nunca nadien te puede ayudar, se tardan mucho en contestar el teléfono, la supuesta supervisora que me atendió de lo mas déspota y asta la fecha no e recibido nada de mi diner... read more

Even after canceling with you guys I’m still getting charged!!! WHY!? You’re literally stealing money from my account! The worst utility company out there. FRAUDS.
No they take out more money out of your account with out you Knowing ! not even a month and already took out $900 bucks even with us being out of town for a week with everything turned off!
