This is the worst company I’ve ever used buying electricity!! I usually paid about $250 a month during the hottest part of the year! I switched to Griddy, in 3 weeks I’ve paid $690 dollars. Do not trust this company! And they are still trying to debit my account!!! RIDICULOUS!!
There have been high spikes just about everyday this month. The month isn't even over yet and my bill is almost $400. I have never spent that much ever! Mind you this is with me unpluging just about everything, turning everything off, and setting my thermostat to 86 for 4-6hrs depending on how long the spikes last. oh! one more thing. Your little updates that tell me to "buck up" and " don't sweat it" and infuriating and insulting!
This Freakin Company is a total Rip off it tells you it will charge you a certain amount and it’s actually 10 times that amount... I’ve only had it for about 4 weeks and I’ve paid more than $500 dollars and it still keeps on taking more money from my account! I just changed to a different company and put in a Complaint with The State! I think that everybody who got ripped of should do the same thing and I will leave the link below! I just paid $6000 for 17 days pretty much destroyed our annual savings.
We were a member for 10 days. I’ve never in my life had an electric bill this high. On the days we were notified of high costs ($9.03/kWh), we sat in the dark with our a/c off, everything unplugged, for hours at a time to conserve energy. They were kind enough to give us a $6.47 break on the monthly membership fee 🙄
Highway Robbery I've never paid a $300 electric bill before this is ridiculous.
Buyer beware! Our TXU contract ended in July, total bill was $246. Switched to Griddy beginning of August and the first 21 days of the month have cost us $600!!
