One of the worst and they are here to cheat customers pockets by showing attractive electric rates. They charged 400$ for just 1200KWH usage which is big fraudulent company. Don’t believe there advertise and cheap numbers they show.
Griddy is a total scam! I changed to Griddy based on a promise that my monthly power bill would be slashed in half, but I ended up paying $547 for just 5 days with Griddy. STAY AWAY FROM GRIDDY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! 🚫🚫🚫 They continued to charge my Credit Card $150.00 four days AFTER we discontinued their service!! No one answers the phone or messages. I had to cancel my Credit Card to stop their fraudulent charges. I'll file with the Better Business Bureau now!!!!
RecommendedGriddy is great if you if you like control over your power bills. The provide a great platform with the tools to automate your HVAC to maximize savings by using power when it is less expensive. While Griddy is not for everyone in the summer, it it provides great service in an industry who profits on how much you consume.
Worst experience I have EVER had with an electric company. They claim to be selling "wholesale" priced electricity. What a crock of you know what. They charged me more in 14 days of service than I have ever spent for an entire month of electricity. Nearly $400 for an 1800 sq ft home without a pool, no kids, conservative on the a/c temperature. they say one thing and do another fees where high. they charged me $150 for one day of service. they don't answer the phone. they scamming people out of money. they charged me daily I would add $50 to the account. and by the end of the day it's at almost a negative. I was paying over $300 a month. for no reason when nobody is never hardly here and I unplug everything before I leave. I'm not with them no more and they still trying to charge me. Bad business.
how can you keep charging people that no longer use your service? haven't had griddy in a week and they keep taking money out
