Better the alert system and their projected prices
Too many and too long spikes every day. Despite many changes to consumption and enduring really hot afternoons I still ended up paying more rhan what I would have paid with a fix rate plan.
I switched yesterday and locked at 8.2 per kwh with constellation. See ya gritty. No more sweating during price spikes for me!
Griddy has completely screwed me over twice this summer. I’ve ended up paying about 3 times more than I did before switching and had to skip car payments just so I could afford their electric charges. 100% ripoff. The FTC should be looking into these dangerous business practices.

i have saved a lot. the price spikes piss me off but it goes with what ercot shows. so yes I would recommend for any of my friends and family to use.
I was with Griddy for almost a year in August. When the explanation was unprecedented temperature spikes, I decided to switch to a no-contract provider (TXU) with a fixed rate until the heat subsided. I switched back to Griddy last Wednesday, seeing that no more 100 degree days were forecasted. I turned off my A/C for 3 hours yesterday with the unexplained spikes.
