They lost our rent. The staff acted like they didn't care. We have never been late for rent in our entire renting experience at any property we lived at. They didn't tell us until 15 days later with an eviction notice. I don't understand why it takes that long to notify tenants that they didn't receive payment. Ended up they put our money order on someone else's rent. They fixed it and barely apologized.
