Applied for a position at Goldmark in January 2017 and was told (and felt) that I would be receiving an email back to set up the next step in the interview process. Never heard back from them until 7 months later, in July 2017. Clearly unorganized at a higher level within the company. As for living in an apartment through them, the apartment was newly renovated. Online portal to pay rent was fairly easy to set up as well as convenient auto-pay system. No community amenities to speak of. The individuals that managed our parti... read more

They charged us $2000 for carpet to be changed in a 3 bedroom apartment hell my friend just paid $2200 to put plush carpet in her entire 2500 sqft house that included the installation so where the hell are they buying there carpets & who is over charging for the labor. Total BS if you ask me
