The management for this place is some of the worst I have ever seen. They do not care about their residents or the conditions of the apartments. Stay FAR away from here.
Been living in Goldmark (Columbia West in grand forks) for a few years and I will never recommend this property and company to anyone ever! The apartment got a very basic upgrade when we moved in (cheap carpet), everything else is original from when the company built the place. On top of that the heat does not warm the apt in the winter (we have had mr buddy heaters in the winter to keep us warm). On top of that, we now have water coming in from our window frames. Can't wait to get a house so we can leave here!
It's good place to live
Best apartment complex I've ever lived in- period. Quiet, clean, beautifully maintained, centrally located and a 5-star staff (care takers, Pete, Sharon and Chris). Wasn't planning on staying in a apartment for more than a year- but love the people, staff and location so much I'm in my 3rd year (and counting). Highly recommended!
