You wouldn't want to deal with the property management. Awful experience. All the negatives I have heard about doesn't begin to describe the hassles. The woman is quite a piece of work. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone.

We have rented apartments from Goldmark for a total of 6 years at 2 different properties, Pinehurst and Lakecrest. Their properties are nice, however they will nickle and dime you every chance they get. Their staff has been generally unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Considering their stringent application process, it's unimaginable how the types of neighbors we've had have been able to rent with them. I would strongly advise renting with smaller companies.
