Things you get when you rent from Goldmark's Fargo location. 1. Snow! Hope you like it because it maybe gets removed once a month if you are lucky. 2. Broken everything! Balcony falling apart? Dishwasher broken for the 4th time this year? Windows not closing? Hope you are handy because maintenance is a joke. 3. Terrible management. Got a complaint about a fellow tenant? What a joke the latest action by GOLDMARK CARLTON PLACE APARTMENTS....they wanted to prevent theft in the laundry rooms so they put locks on the laundry room doors without notifying ANYONE. Pretty sure that breaks each and every lease right there. Oh ya if you can't afford to pay your electric bill they are ok with you running an extension cord from the hallway to your apartment. Save yourself the headaches and DO NOT RENT HERE.
Worst. They ignore all complaints. They screwed up our deposit so we got charged very late for it. Acoustics are horrible. Totally against you if you have pets. We got denied of our pet even with an acceptance letter. Heating system in one of our rooms wasn’t finished. Very rude. Honestly just a bunch of bullies. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE. Fuck this crooked ass business and fuck corporate.
