I had an absolutely outstanding experience living at this complex. This place is really the hidden gem of Bismarck, tons of amenities for a very fair price. Stacy and her team really go above and beyond! The facilities, grounds and common areas were always immaculate and in great repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to live there again.
RecommendedGoldmark has always been supportive. They have always responded anytime I needed any repairs or assistance, usually within 24 hours. I lived at Autumn 2 in Grand Forks. They will be the first ones I call when I need to rent again.
