The site manager goes above and beyond to make sure her residents are happy. She has top rank customer service nice to see first hand in recent days!!!
Horrible property management company. They do not take responsibility for their own actions. Do not rent from them.
I lived in 2 different buildings over almost 3 years. Buildings were pretty well maintained. My repair requests were completed pretty quickly. Employees were nice, and I got my full deposit back both times.
Crooks and thieves run this company. The brainless or heartless are hired to run their properties and enforce their exploitative agendas. This is not a morally sound company. DO NOT SUPPORT GOLDMARK. If you rent from them, move. If you work for them, quit. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CROOKS!!!!!
