The management sucked just like there shoveling and plowing of sidewalks and streets
We have both been enjoying our stay at Goldmark Parkwood. Maintenance calls are always responded to in a timely manner and the crew at the office has been so patient and helpful. I can't even count all the times I've sent an email asking about how to fix or clean things and so much advice kind words and funny videos sent in return. Also the huge amount of recipes sent was a blessing I'm very new to the whole crock pot cooking thing and everyone in the office has been sending all kinds of yummy ideas. Wish they hurry up with the parking construction..
It's an OK place...pool hours stink, no parking for visitors, no street lights, paying rent is difficult (can't pay by fifth of month like normal places..it is on the first unless first is a weekend then you have to pay early or be charged a late fee), pot holes everywhere, office closed every weekend....
I think you guys can just go out of business.. Thank you..
