this will be my second year with gold mark and it seems they do less and less every year on the properties this year they don't even move the snow this is over at Oak Court Apartments I've called the management at goldmark directly Tara don't seem to care if I was you I'd look for a different property to live in I will next year
Too many issues when I rented from them. Always took weeks to sometimes months to get repairs done. Just saw on Valley News Live tonight that a tenent that rents from Goldmark Properties is dealing with black mold and has retorted it many times and now has to deal with it through the holiday. This is not acceptable and is a health issue. So glad to be done with this company. Never again, ever!

RecommendedI have had an apartment through river north apartments for going on two years now & I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff & my apartment unit/building. Rent is affordable, neighbors are great, and maintenance is always on time to fix whatever needs to be fixed. I 10/10 recommend river north apartments.
RecommendedRiver north is the best management company to work with they work with you they respect you they show you care and kindness and when you call with a comment are problem they take care of things and handle things right away they keep the halls clean and they really care about there buildings but most importantly they’re a very respectful group of people working together for the community and for those who live in there buildings I give them 10/10 stars ✨
