Jen & Jordan at Pinehurst were awesome to work with. We really enjoyed living at Pinehurst. The maintenance people were always quick to get things fixed. We upgraded to Urban Plains and love living there. We have had a few problems with our neighbors and goldmark took our concerns very seriously. We will continue to rent with Goldmark.
So far I am very impressed by Goldmark in Grand Forks
I have had excellent results whenever making a maintenance request. The staff at the Sierra Ridge office in Bismarck are friendly & very helpful. I would recommend renting from Goldmark for a clean, comfortable home.
I've been surprised by how well I've been treated as a tenant in an apartment managed by Goldmark, based on the horror stories commonly told in the community. Maintenance has repaired anything I've asked for within days of my request. The staff are friendly and receptive when I stop in the office.
