Ive heard bad things about you you rip people off add fees and laugh at people fuck your properties
Never rent from Goldmark Property Management they change leasing info and put fees on your apt balance with any written notice I have tried to contact corporate and they pretty much laughed in my face so I'm warning you never rent from this company ever regardless of what state you are in real talk share this post and get this out asap your family could be in trouble by corporate thugs!!!!
We just moved in to Maple Ridge in omaha Nebraska and love the staff and the apartment. I honestly don't have any complaints.
Goldmark is a terrible company to rent with. I've lived here for one year and I'm so relieved I'm moving next month. I've put in 5 maintenance requests throughout the year and NONE of them ever got fixed. Their staff is crap. One employee will tell you one thing and another one will tell you another. My landlord has always told me he's good about answering his phone but the times I've called about a problem he has never answered.
